Our good friend Alex came to visit us this past weekend. He had flown to Toronto to visit family during the week, then hopped on the ViaRail train to London. We showed him around the city, including the UWO campus and of course
Richmond Row. For dinner Saturday night, Julia found a really great restaurant called
Fellini Koolini's that served delicious and unique Italian dishes. I think his impression was that all we did here was eat and drink, since we did a lot of it while he was here.

Sunday we traveled south to
Port Stanley on the north shore of Lake Eerie. It's a great little town with a very nice sandy beach lined with bars and restaurants. The weather was sunny yet cool so we didn't sunbathe or swim, electing instead to have a cerveca at a beach front bar. I think we will be back before the summer is over.

Its great to check your site every now and then and see you guys are doing well! Vancouver is still cold too.....
